If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc) that appear to have eminated from one of our domains, please contact us by telephone if possible, or by email with as much detail about the abuse as possible. Please attach/forward any offending emails and advise of your time zone. We will investigate your complaint immediately and get back to you.

Here at Watchet Web Design we like to think we get it right all the time, every time but sometimes the gremlins attack when we are not looking! We can always improve on our services and valid feedback from you, our customers is always useful.

If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please call me or send an email to me, including as much detail from the issue you have. I will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day (if by email) and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

Please be aware that if you register a domain with us, we will automatically renew it on the expiration date, unless you advise us that you no longer need the domain. Renewal invoices will be sent out 4 weeks before the expiration date and must be paid within that period, otherwise the domain may be locked out and you will not have access or use of any associated website and mail handling.

If your domain has/does expire, then it may difficult to retrieve it, in which case we would charge you on an hourly basis plus costs. If you wish to transfer away a domain, or bring a domain to us for registration, change the domain "owner" of address details, we will charge you the standard Nominet fee (currently £15 for each action in 2018) plus a 10% handling fee. We charge an annual fee of £15 a year per domain for registartions, all inclusive and web hosting from £50 a year.

PLEASE NOTE YOU NEVER OWN A .CO.UK OR .UK DOMAIN, BUT LEASE THE NAME FOR THE PERIOD YOU ARE PAYING FOR. WERE ANOTHER PERSON OR COMPANY TO LAY CLAIM TO YOUR DOMAIN NAME THEN NOMINET HAS A SYSTEM FOR ARBITRATING THESE MATTERS
